Miracle Under a Bridge
I met Bill on the streets of Gladstone. After trekking down a muddy path to a bridge, I met Bill. He was living under a bridge. He was addicted and out of control. After a year of showing and sharing the love of Jesus, Bill cried out for help. I picked him up at 6am in the morning. He was sitting on the curb with a blanket wrapped around him waiting for me. Bill crawled into my car, blanket and all as I drove him into Hooper Detox. This continued for 3 days, he didn’t give up and neither did I.
Today, Bill is clean and sober, asked Jesus into his heart and life, got baptized, working, married, and the proud Daddy of 2 beautiful little boys.

Never Give Up!
When I met Sonny and Donna 2 years ago, they were homeless, living on the streets. Through much perseverance and encouragement through TFH, they continued to persevere. TFH helped them with clothing and food to survive the harshness of homelessness.
Finally, breakthrough came. They moved into their son Shane’s apartment….they were finally off of the streets. Sonny got a job, Donna got a job, so they were all working and finally making it.
Then out of nowhere Donna became deathly ill and was rushed to emergency where she almost died. Sonny cried out for prayer for his wife; his “soul mate” as he calls her. I went to the hospital and joined the family in prayer. We prayed for life in her body and not death.
As if things were not bad enough, winter, snow and ice came…Sonny slipped, crushing his ankle. Now not only were they suddenly without Donna’s income, but now without Sonny’s. Their son Shane was trying to pay all the bills on his meager income and couldn’t. So, The Father’s Heart stepped in, to keep them from losing their home. TFH paid their rent for 2 ½ months; thanks to the generosity of our loyal contributors.
Then GOOD NEWS! Donna improved! An amazing improvement the Doctors said. Sonny jumped up and down in the hospital shouting “Thank You Jesus. Thank You Jesus.”
Today, they are back on their feet, they didn’t give up and neither did I. Donna is almost completely well…..she is a miracle the doctors say!
